Centre Management

The Centre Management Office is located on behind the fruit and veg store end of the building.  The Office is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week Phone: 03 9370 5411.

Parents Rooms

The Parents Room One is located just in the same area as the mens, womens and disabled toilets. It is located inside the disabled toilet and it has a change table, nappy bins, toilet and wash facilities

Disabled Facilities

Moonee Ponds Central has a disabled toilet which is also the Parents room and is located in the same block as the mens and womens toilets. It is located near the carpark entry/exit point of the centre, near the escalator to the upper level carpark.

Lost Property

If you have lost something whilst in the centre, please contact Centre Management.  If you find something whilst in the centre that has been lost by someone else, please hand it to Centre Management, a cleaner, security guard, or to any of our shops.

Casual Mall Leasing

Buses, Trams & Trains

All buses, and trams can be located on Mt Alexander Rd near Puckle street. The Moonee Ponds train station is located approximately 200 metres from the Centre in Caroline Street.
